It is done and went off almost without a hitch. I opened up the 360 and installed a hv oil pump, resealed the intake, and put on a new water pump before installing. Started right up only issue was a vacuum leak on #7 injector. Fixed that right away and all was good for a while. It (sometimes) has a slight hesitation at tip in and a "lean" pop. I did keep the 318 PCM as it is a 97 with a five speed and I don't know if I have any options in that department. Any ideas?
If anyone is wondering, I got the 360 out of a 98 RT (with harmonic balancer), flywheel from a 96 Ram, and used a Luk clutch set with a bushed pilot bearing that fits in the crank flange.

It all sounds good except for the pcm. We can get you a Cam Cal (flash) on your 318 pcm to run the 360 a lot better. Give us a call Monday. 321-635-8866.
