Does seem low but...your truck weighs 4100 lbs, give or take, so it's heavy. 17's rims will cost you some power since they are (usually) heavier. And dual flo's may sound good, but on a 318 they're probably killing your torque. Which costs you getting off the line, and probably hurts your 0-60.

kota318, the best I can squeeze out of my 99 5.2 cc is 10.1 at 60ft. And I have headers and a f+b tb too. She'll run 16.0's at 88mph in a 1/4.

I have a stock exhaust for an '00 4.7l. I took it off my truck for a gibson, then sold the truck because I hate auto's. Now I have an '03 5sp V8 and I'm not going to change the exhaust out. You pay shipping and it's yours.

Deno ... where do you live? I also have a stock exhaust from my '00 4.7L that I want to get rid of. Not sure I'd find a box to ship it in. Let me know.

deno, you can get your power back without the stock muffler. You just need more air going in, or don't let so much air out. If you plan on more mods on the intake side then keep your exhaust, it'll catch up soon enough. If your done modding it then get one a little more restrictive. What are you running now?
