whats the best place to be able to
get just the 9" cone(or bigger) for CHEAP.
I can only find places that sells OEM
drop in's or whole kits. I am looking
for a cheaper place online then the 59.99
autozone price.

I got mine from Summit Racing.com. There are a couple of different part #'s you could order. I would recommend that you get the one I didn't, but I can't remember that #. Sorry. BTW, the one I got was KNN-RE-0810. It only has a 3" opening, where a little bigger would have fit right over the ABS.

I got mine from Summit Racing for $45 shipped. It is Part #RE-0870. I cut the flange off of a 45 degree fitting and glued that onto the 3" abs. The filter fits right over top of the flange. I could email you pics if you would like.

Intense Performance has 'em, but they're about the same as AutoZone after shipping; better though 'cause they have the filter media in the front of the cone too, not just around the side.

I have one already but its omost got holes
in it and i dont think i registered my warenty

SS_Dakota, I will take some pics tonight and email them to ya tomorrow. Sicminds, the filter is the 6"x9" cone filter with the 4" id. The only problem with Summit is that they are out of stock in Ohio so they ship from Nevada.
