You obviously do not live in the state of Indiana. For if you had, you wouldn't even have your truck now. Anything over 20 miles an hour is concidered wreckless driving and the cop would have pulled your license and impounded your truck.

Good luck with that ticket...I can only imagine how much that will cost you.

Hey LlBlackdak don't feel too bad, my buddy and me got pulled over in his accord doing 99.9mph. We knew the cop so he just told us to tell our parents and never do it again. I think he should have just made my buddy go to court, but oh well.

A new york state trooper got me for 79 in a 55 a few months ago. The judge knocked it down, ended up costing me 65 bucks, no points on my license.

I got pulled over for doing 53 in a 35 and boy was I glad I wasn't going any faster. This was indeed in Indiana and 98Flame is right, another couple miles per hour and my beloved Dak would have been taken from me. Luckily I didn't have to go to court either,i just paid the fine and went on with my life!

Man oh man, I have had my share of citations, try getting one for going 47 in a 45, now that sucks bad!!!Dallas cops are mean, but my first time I got pulled over in my dak, was in 99 and I was clocked at 103 and the cop was yelling at me and was about to arest me, he was about to put the kuffs on and then he got a call for somthing else, and then he just turned bright red and said I hate you and then told me not to ever use his freway again, and he left, That was an ack of God if you ask me.

yeah i think its gonna be $90. for 11-30 mph over the limit. plus i couldn't find my current insurrance card until after he already wrote me a ticket for being uninsured. anyone from NY know how many points that is on my liscence. Indiana sux then...i don't think they take ur car here unless ur going really fast. the cop was friendly though...lol
u guys are lucky. it must be scary to get pulled over for going 95+...i was going 85 or 90 before he clocked me...hehe

I've had 2 actual tickets. one was 50 in a 25. Supposed to have been arrested for that but the guy gave me 41 in a 25. $118 ticket there. Three months later, a state cop clocked me at 79 in a 65, then he said i had sped up after seeing him. That ticket was $279. I have paid over $400 in tickets. I am done getting pulled over. I could have had exhaust and subs put in with that money. Another time I was "pulled Over" (I was already parked, cop had no lights on or sirens) My tires accidently spun living a parking lot rather hurried, and the cop gave me a ticket for unneccessary noise (tires) and unreasonable speed in a parking lot. $180. The good thing was I knew a cop in that town and it was "taken care of". Thats my experiences.

The cops here are pretty cool, I was driving in the rain one time and I took off from a stop light and one tire started spining so I just stayed in it all the way up the hill. When I got to the top I looked behind me and a cop had been behind me all the way up the hill. He didn't stop me or anything.

Once I passed up an electric company doing 75 in a 45 and I seen him RACE out the parking lot. So I punched it over the RR tracks and cut into a gas station about a block down...cut in by the dumpsters ...popped my hood and started checking my oil like I been there for a long time. :) The cop turned the other direction.

I have found the best way out of a speeding ticket is to inform the officer that there is a fire arm in the truck. I live in Indiana and have a CWP but always keep my 9MM in the door panel. I have found that telling them there is a firearm will get you either a verbal warning or a written warning. Has saved my ass many times.

By the way, I don't personally reccomend you doing this unless you have a permit to carry....

Just my thoughts..

FYI, if they write you a ticket for non-0insurance, you can go to court (wiht proof for that day) and they will throw it out. maybee a fine for failure to produce, im not sure...

as for smoking tires... thats a wreckless endangerment ticket.

ok now, i have the v6 with a limited slip diff... when i get on it, do a brakestand, i can get em spinning. but i cant usally keep it for more than 10 seconds max (many days 2-3 sec).

i think its becuase BOTH wheels are spinning, is this right? i notice 2 patches behind me (short 1 foot or so).

i can get em smoking really good if i put 1 wheel in the dirt (the one on the pavement, spins and smokes sweet)...

but anyway... i think i need to upgrade to kick some more power into it.. will a chip do this? or should i put a bolt on component? if so which one...?

TIA!
