 Subject: WTF is wrong w/ my AC???

Ok so my air conditioning works fine when it is switched to the "Panel AND Floor" but then when I turn it to "Panel" OR "Floor" it is cold for a minute then turns to warm air. What is wrong with it. I noticed it a while after I put on an intense performance filter. PLEASE HELP Iam burning up...
