After reading several posts about changing injectors in a 3.9, I am more confused than ever. I have a factory stock '95 that has been running sluggish. I had to have one injector changed out about a year ago and with 150,000 on the truck, I think an injector change out could be helpful. In a couple of the posts, members have said that going to the Ford injectors is not a good idea if you don't have any mods such as headers, ignition, etc. Would changing to the four port injectors hurt my mileage very much? I would think that better performance would offset the mileage issue but I need some input.

Message: with a stock or modified engine the 4 hole injectors from five0 are a good investment. I have been running them for 3 years ( 50,000) miles with no problems. Yes my mileage did improve after changing them out. Not a lot but atleast 1 mpg better.

The FMS injectors with the 4 hole spray are
matched closer and atomize the fuel better
overall smother running motor with better
