Is it possible to put 31 inch tires on a 97-99 dakota club cab with out lifting it? and if it is, is there alot,if any rubbing and how does it look?? thanks for the help. (My friend put 33's on his f-150 without any lift and it works fine).

I don't see a problem with it, even on the 15x7 style, I got 31's to fit with no rubbing. If they happen to rub at all, just crank your torsion bars and gain a bit of lift to resist the rubbing.
