Technically, they do. But, quad cab can be confused with the X-tended cab with the reverse opening doors. Dodge had this in 2001 and they called it a Quad Cab when it was actually a Club Cab with suicide/half-doors.

I saw a 4X4 Colorado with the matching front facia. I'm not going to go and sell my kota for one or say it looks better than a 97+ Kota but I liked it much better than any ranger, s-10, nissan, toyota, etc. p/u I have seen.
