got an 01' dakota, had it dropped 2"/4"... now im lifting it back to stock but the ball joints wont drop so i cant remove the springs... WHAT DO I DO TO SEPPARATE THE BALL JOINT FROM THE UPPER CONTROL AND THE SPINDLE??? plz help guys truck is just sittin in the garrage...
ps. got a chassis tech drop kit now for sale.

Go to your local auto parts store and ask them to borrow a ball joint splitter. It works well but when I used it I tore up my ball joint and I had to replace it which was another headache. Maybe I used it wrong, but I believe it's the only way to remove the ball joints.
