Message: Has anyone heard from these guy's lately? I've sent them a couple e-mails concerning the 4.7L EHO cams and haven't even gotten a....... bug off punk leave us alone e-mail. Does anybody know anything as far as price, when they'll be available, and even if they're for a daily driver or are they like KRC's where the power band is from 3800 - 8000 rpms?
I'm not bashing these guys at all, I'm just curious about these cams

Message: I might be going to PA next weekend from Detroit MI and I'll have an opportunity to do a cam swap, now I could wait a few weeks if this was promising, but at the same time I don't want to wait around forever.

Message: Jonas is super busy. He's in there on the weekends and nights to make it all work. Randy has been really busy too. Your best bet is to leave Randy a message and he'll do what he can. I just gave randy a rather large order of misc. replacement parts that just went through.
Stuffs going on, but they are getting orders finished before they accept more -- that's how it appears anyways.

Message: I hear ya. Have the reliablity issues surrounding the HO cam install been cleared up? I had heard of a few people having problems. Just a few though. I think for the most part everyone had it easy.

Message: looks like I'll just order the HO cams from them, I know they're cheaper elsewhere, but this way I can get the instructions and wedge tool
How do you place an order with them?
And how long would it take to get the cams?

Message: There have been no problems with the reliability of the cams, it's how they were installed thats been the problem. Timing off and other things tightened too much...so on and so forth. Not using the wedge or using it incorrectly. Mine runs like a champ. No detonation, even during the hot as hell (and humid to boot) summers here in Georgia. No timing problems, no hesitation problems, no lean or rich problems (not that they have anything to do with it). The HO Cams and Intake are the best for the money mod out there right now (IMHO).

Message: You can contact Randy Pile by email, but how I order is I give them my card over the phone at this number:
Phone: 618-877-2664
Fax: 618-877-2653
How long it would take to get the cams is a question you would have to ask them. Sorry. Their shipping is fast as hell though. I ordered a SS valence and it came to my doorstep in like three days! Most of the stuff they do is drop ship.

Message: Let me tell you how busy Jonas is - He's also a full time student. He's got his irons in a lot of fires, but he's dedicated to school, then his shop as close as I can tell. He's been so tied up I haven't been able to get hold of him since wednesday - I have a set of his EHO heads sitting on the table in my studio, but it looks like UPS may have roughed them up a bit for us. At any rate, he isn't blowing you off. As for the cams - last I heard he was breaking in a set in his truck and getting them ready to dyno - I haven't heard anything back from him about them, but he didn't have an extra pair to send me to test (which is why I have the EHO heads). Anyhow, I suspect you may find yourself wishing you had stuck it out and waited for his cam in the long run, its going to be a streetable cam, with a little more power in about the same place as the HO cam it sounds like. No price info yet that I know of.
