What would cause my 99 5.2 to overheat while driving but not when just idling ? I have a new water pump, tstat, fan clutch and rad cap . I started it up this afternoon to see if it was still overheating i let it run for almost 45 min . it never went over 210. i took it out for a drive and in like 5 min it started to overheat ...went almost half way to 260.
I have a little bit of water dripping out of the tail pipe and i am guessing that its condensate . What could be my problem ?

Have you checked the temperature sending unit yet? Could be something electrical, where it really isn't overheating but just reporting that it is. Unless, of course, you've got steam billowing out. Then you can disregard this :0)
