110 octane is a neet thing ower local 76 card lock fuel distibutor has made avalible to the performance crowd. As far as doing things they dont, people dont read the small print, They see the advertisment and see HP.& TORQUE and think is the cure all, or there buddy says it will do every thing but has not a clue about what is going on in a PCM. just that its a magic box and pluging in a chip will give your truck mystical powers. We do lap top systems where I work, and when I get a call from some one wanting a chip or a major system we ask them what do thay want from this modifacation, we give them what we have to offer, and befor thay make that big investment to research all the optoins that are avalable.Ask questsions thats the only way your going to learn!

If you realy want to do it right, buy a MOPAR Performace PCM or have yours upgraded. But be prepaired to spend some coin. Good things dont come cheap! If moneys tite a IAT ADJUSTER works well and is a low coast up grade. If you would like your PCM up graded you can contact me at johnsonengineserv@msn.com

I bought one of those jet chips, stage two for my RT, I reset my computer and installed it, didn't really notice any real measurable gain in performance, even after the computer relearned all it's new settings, one thing I did notice was the 2-3 shift came WAY too early, the other thing that was really disturbing was that the chip is not made for a damp environment water found it's way into the connector and screwed up my TPS signal to the ECU, I pulled out the chip and reset it again, now everything is back to normal, but now my truck runs better without the chip installed, I was considering a Mopar performance PCM anyone know if these are proven performers or not, I would hate to throw another 350 dollars into the trash

The Mopar Peformance Computer is 100 times better the Jet Chip claims it is. Spend the money you will not regret it.

I just bought a JET chip 90002s (stage 2)
I wasnt looking much for performance increase but rather increase in MPG!!

You guys make me laugh about spending so much money. My funds are tight also but, if it makes the Dak run better, than do it.

an old motto:

Speed costs money. How fast do you want to go?

Dak lovers, happy motoring...

well the reason i bought my jet chip (sold it recently) was because mopar didnt offer anything for v-6's i think thats a major reason why all the sixers are buying them

flamered01 is right, when I wanted to get a comp for my dak, guess what mopar does not offer one. That is why I got a jet 2. I dont know about you guys and gals but its funny that about 80% of the daks that I see here in cali are v6 powered. That i'm sure accounts for 10s of thou's of trucks with the same engine. And the best part about it is that mopar does not make any hard parts for it. Pretty lame if you ask me.
