 Subject: Exhaust for 4.7L

I own an 01 dodge dakota 4X4 w/ the 4.7L motor. needin to replace the catalytic converters. Do i have to replace it with the factory ones to keep the O2 sensors from messin up? Can I delete the 3rd cat after the Y w/o any trouble? What is a good high flow cat that I can use?

I'm not going to start on the Cats.
But the third cat? There are no 02 sensors behind the third kitty.
Mine was relocated years ago (to a dumpster), no codes, passes inspections (not a visual inspection, but they don't do that).
