Message: Unless you have some SERIOUS mods going on under the hood, I wouldn't recommend it.
Flash is a must.
212/218 Would be a wise choice for a N/A 4.7.

Message: future mods include ported heads, modified headers with 3 inch collectors with ture 2.5 duels no cats, HO intake, KRC flash, ported 68 mm tb or bbk 70 mm tb. I know everyone says this is a big cam, but compared to ford 4.6 cams it is small (the smallest ford aftermarked 4.6 cams i could find were 224 at .050) The KRC 224 cam only has a 218 duration at .050. I dont care too much about low end torque. I have a 243 at .050 ultradyne solid in my 340 dart and at 2 grand it fries the tires off, pleny of low end. Then again I might be in for a unpleasent suprize. How do the 212's run?

Message: Alex (aka Copperdodge)ran a 13.87 in a Club Cab 4.7 5-spd with a Volant Air Tube, F&B 72MM TB, HO Intake, True Duals with Dynomax mufflers and high flow cats. Truck also had Mike Leach flashed PCM.
Torque is great throughout the powerband with this cam, but really comes to life after 3,000rpms.
