www.kenmtn.com/ does anyone have this bumper on their dakota or know of someone with it? if so, what do you think of it? They don't have any pictures of the bumper mounted on a dakota, but he said it looks similar to the one on the Titan. The bumper looks good and strong but I'd like to hear from some who has seen it first hand. I was quoted about 500 for the bumper with all the option I wanted(that includes painting) plus shipping, so thats a lot cheaper than hanson. Any information would be greatly appreciated. thanks

i am in the same boat with the same questions. Semms like a great price, i also contacted them and recieved a price sheet. it looks to be a nice bumper and the price is right, but i would still like to see a finished product on a dakota.
if no one replies by feb i will buy one and post lots of pictures

Im thinking about ordering one of these and the following is the response I received to my info request. Thought this info might be helpful for anyone else whos interested.
Thank you for the inquiry.
The Wincher for your Dodge Dakotas is $380 plus freight. Available options for the Wincher include a grill guard $65, light guards $45, "D" rings or shackle brackets $40, and a turn signal/marker light set recessed in the bumper $35. The turn signal set can be replaced with LED lights $80 ($115 total). The Wincher comes in two main configurations: with a winch box to hard mount a winch or with a receiver tube to use a portable winch. It can also be equipped with a winch mount and a receiver tube, add $65 or as a bumper only with neither, deduct $60 from the base price.
I don't currently have any Dodge Dakota or Durango pictures. The bumper is very similar in size and shape to the one shown on the Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ on our website. Hopefully with all the recent interest in this series, we'll have an opportunity to shoot some.

sweet we have a test monkey! jk make sure and take as many pictures as possible please. You might even tell them when you order it that for an extra 10-15% off you will do a full write up/picture postings on the more popular dodge dakota boards. This should help him get word out about his bumpers, that until a couple days ago no one seemed to know about, and save you some coin. good luck

the bumper is ordered. 585 plus 95 shipping which isnt too bad compared to hanson. they said it will ship in 4 to 5 weeks so I will update everyone when it arrives.

I was just curious about the options you ordered and if painting or powdercoating were included in that final price. Also, do you know if that $95 shipping rate is a flat rate they offer, or was it specific to your address/area?

I got a basic bumper without the winch option, I also got the grillgaurd, lightgaurds, shackel tabs, and fog lights. the price includes painting, they offer satin or gloss black, I got satin. I think the shipping rate is specific to my area (trenton, NJ), I actually had it shipped to a local bussiness because it was $40 cheaper then residential shipping.

I like! I agree with the fogs being slightly more outward. The only thing id like is a shroud on the inside of the fog openings to direct the light outward. Kinda like the Hanson bumpers have. I prefer a more concealed winch area too. I cant wait to see a mounted one!
What does everyone else think?

Im starting to think it may not be worth it even if it does look awesome. How many times can they postpone the delivery date? Shoulda signed a contract stating for every week theyre late they'll knock off $100. That would keep them moving.

the bumper came in today. it looks great. it wasnt to hards to install, but there were no bolt holes in it. I'll try to take some pictures when it stops snowing. If someone could post the pictures for me, please post your email.
