the other day i bottomed out on a highway bridge, tires scraped flares on one side (i had a taller bumpstop on drivers side) Now every bump i hit the truck wants to bounce all over the road REAL HARD to control, when i brake it feels like the springs are weird hard to explain. what could i have done everything looks normal, i havent put it on a lift yet to see. thanx in advance for any help

Your vehicle just lost control. One spring probably bounced back while the other spring was still compressed. I'm guessing you flew to the right? Best solution is just to not bottom out in the first place.

Curl those fenders for one. And watchout for bumps and dips. The next time you go to buy tires, consider a shorter tire.

You really want equal height bumpstops.
