Alright guys (and girls)...I got some extra money, and I'm looking to make the exterior appearance of my truck look a little more stylish. I don't go off-roading at all, but I am willing to make it look like an off-road truck (brush guard, light bar...etc) anyone have any suggestions or comments...or anything? Thanks a bunch!!

A picture o the front of my truck is available on my website, http://www.nbcomputers.com/brad/truck.htm

Your truck would look nice with a black Safari bar on the front and 2 Chrome KC Daylighters -- that's what I have on my black SLT. I don't "off-road" but I do travel on some darkly-lit side roads and trails when I go fishing or up at my camp -- the KC's really help.

That picture isn't too large, but you should put some foglights in the factory holes (if they're not there). That way you could drive around at dusk sporting the "tough-guy" parking/fog Dakota combo. PILOT makes fog lights that fit in the OE openings in blue and clear lenses.

If you're looking for an off-road appearance, why not throw a 3-inch lift on and some bigger tires/wheels? You can screw around with brush guards, lights, step bars, decals, and more lights all day long -- your truck's just going to become cluttered. I know none of us think this when we have the extra money to do something, but trucks where you do only enough to make it stand out look best.

I'm done screwing with mine until it's out of warranty and maybe payed off.
