Are you in overdrive running your a/c? I had a similar problem in my s10 and anytime i was underload in overdrive the a/c condenser coil would kick on and off continuously and cause the clicking sound. Annoying as hell, but I was told there was no fix for it, though at the time I didn't persue anything further to solve it.

if your A/C is clicken the A/C charge is just mite bit low, I put gages on mine and it said OK but at low end of range, put another lb of 134 in it and the clicken stopped, sounded almost like a rattle.

If the clicking is in the front end can it may indicate worn CV joints

If while turning underload, yes. It could also indicate bad ball joints. On my old subaru when the CV-shaft went bad it made a crunch crunch sound when turning. On my dodge my ball joint kept popping and slowly got worse until it was replaced. Made an annoying pop/clicking sound.
