Subject: Durango/Dakota tailight compatability
IP: Logged

Message:
Thanks in advance for your help guys, let me introduce myself, I'm Jon from NY, I have a 98 RC 5.2 with 3:55's and LSD, it's a 4spd auto w/OD. My only mods are muffler delete and 180 degree thermostat. I've only spent about $10 in mods thanks to you guys and I think it was money well spent. My question is this, Are Durango and Dakota taillights interchangable? I didn't think so because Durangos have a seperate turn signal and dakotas don't. The tails are Euro and I wanted to find out if it was worth it to get them if they wouldn't work on my truck. Any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks,
Jonathan Stoos

Hey Jonathan, just to give you a simple answer, no, they are not interchangeable. Durangos actually have the same tailight as the Caravans have.

Thanks for your help guys, I've seen Euros on Caravans and thought that they may be from something else. The ass clown that's trying to sell me them is swearing up and down that they do, I really don't even want em, but we were gonna trade to get rid of some of my stuff.
